Michigan native for 45+ years and well versed in the Michigan Real Estate landscape. He spent several years working with builders and has built his own home. He passes this experience to his clients to insure they are buying quality homes.
Heath gives back to the community by volunteering as a hockey coach for boys and girls. He coaches cross country for Middle school children. He also works with an anti-bullying campaign called “Defeat the Label” to help provide awareness to the community about the affects of bullying.
When Heath is not helping his client’s he is with his family spending time on the Lake. He was raised skiing, surfing, wakeboarding and fishing. He loves the outdoors and being with his family and friends.

Tracy Little is a Michigan native. She grew up in the Detroit Metro area and graduated from Wayne State University with a BA in Finance. She started her career in the mortgage industry and became an expert in her field. She was a Top Producer, year over year, in sales revenue and managed a solid network of business on a referral basis only. This industry allowed Tracy to grow and develop personal relationships with her customers to help understand their needs from a financial perspective.
Buying a house is probably the single biggest asset people have and being able to listen, be empathic and do research to help coach people through this process was very rewarding for her. Her incredible sense of customer service was recognized by her clients and she built a business from referrals that resulted in a really successful career.
After 15 years as a mortgage banker, she decided to add another offering to her clients. She obtained her Real Estate Broker’s license and Lakeside Realty of Michigan Inc. was born in 2004.
As Tracy started building her brand and name in the Real Estate Industry, she maintained her clientele in the mortgage business. This combination of mortgage experience and real estate experience makes her a wealth of knowledge around multiple aspects of the real estate industry to her clients.

Tracy enjoys spending time with her family and friends. She is a mom of 2 children, a boy & a girl, that both play travel hockey. She loves to go on their boat in the summer and play golf.
