As mortgage professionals, we realized that with our knowledge, we could really differentiate ourselves in the real estate business. It was clear, that as Real Estate Agents, not only would we be helping our clients find their dream homes, we could really make a significant impact to guide our clients through this high-stress and highly emotional process to provide a smooth and educational experience.
During our time as Mortgage Consultants, we interacted with so many other aspects of the business that complimented real estate. For example, builders, inspectors, contractors, handymen, appraisers, title companies, financial planners, investors and attorneys, just to name a few.
Heath is a wonderful realtor. He helped us buy and sell in 2014 and is helping us buy and sell again in 2016. He knows the area very well and can give good insight on a property (resell value, schools) based on his knowledge of the area. He is very detailed and professional. He is always prompt when showing us a property and he gives us as much notice as possible when showings are scheduled for our property. Heath is very easy to work with.
